Personal Background
My interest in contemporary art led me to my first position at the National Gallery Prague, where I worked across several roles related to art management and later became the assistant to Chief Curator Adam Budak. This role allowed me to fully develop my production and project skills through major exhibition projects and through coordinating the Czech participation at the Venice Architecture and Art Biennale.
My professional development continued with an internship at the Albertinum in Dresden and curatorial studies in Venice, where I explored the intersection of exhibition practice with architecture, graphic design, and the global art market, including art fairs such as Art Basel, Paris and Vienna Contemporary.
I approach my work with a strong focus on precision, quality, and professional communication. I see production as a sophisticated craft that requires technical knowledge, strategic thinking, empathy, and diplomacy when working with artists, curators, and institutions. I have had the opportunity to collaborate with leading Czech and international artists, including Kateřina Šedá, Stanislav Kolíbal, Jitka Hanzlová, Antony Gormley, Zhanna Kadyrova, and Katharina Grosse. I view the Czech cultural scene as a place with great potential, and my ambition is to strengthen its quality and naturally connect it with international standards.

Mission
High-quality exhibition production, precision, and clear professional communication at every stage of a project. Built on deep institutional knowledge, international experience, and a personal approach, ensuring reliable guidance from concept to final installation. Supporting projects from the Czech Republic in meeting global standards and integrating seamlessly into the international exhibition landscape.
Identity
The identity is rooted in precision, quality, and clear communication. These values define the approach to exhibition production and project management. Operating as a specialised studio, personal responsibility is taken for every detail—from early planning to final installation—through transparent collaboration and long-term relationships with artists, curators, and institutions. The aim is to deliver professional services that meet international expectations while strengthening the standards of Czech exhibition practice.
Experience
Experience is grounded in long-term work within Czech and international institutions, including the National Gallery Prague, Galerie Rudolfinum, and projects for the Venice Biennale. These collaborations have shaped strong production, project management, and coordination skills across both large-scale and highly complex exhibitions. Close cooperation with leading artists and curators, combined with a deep understanding of the European and global exhibition landscape, allows institutional know-how to merge with the precision of a specialised studio—delivering reliable, detail-driven services aligned with international standards.
